August 24, 25, 26 Indianapolis IN

We arrived in Indianapolis on the evening of August 23rd at Vicki’s Aunt Rosann and Uncle Harold’s house.  They live outside of Indy in a beautiful house on a park like acreage.  They have a shaded RV pad beside the garage where we parked and hooked up to electricity.
We stayed for almost 3 days and had a wonderful time.  On Tuesday morning Uncle Harold took us to see the Brownsville, IN Veterans Memorial Park where a brick has been placed to honor Uncle Harold’s service in the U.S. Navy.

While we were gone, Aunt Rosann began preparing a chicken dinner for us and her extended family.  Later that evening, Vicki enjoyed being reunited with her cousins Sid and Greg.  She had not seen them for many years.  Boy, can Aunt Rosann cook!!  She spoiled us with meals and deserts the whole time we were there.
We left late Thursday morning.  We were a little sad to go, we had had such a good time.  We drove south to Mammoth Cave National Park near Bowling Green, KY

Chloe, Uncle Harold and Aunt Rosann's great grandaughter. She's cuter than a bug and full of youthful energy.
